Installez-la au-dessus du lit. Utilisez la ligne du dossier comme rivage : les cinq oiseaux semblent y longer la berge. Accrochez l’affiche à une largeur de main au-dessus du bord supérieur et faites-la courir presque sur toute la largeur du matelas. Une version trop courte laisserait les deux oiseaux des extrémités perdus sur un pan de mur vide. Le fond rosé se fond dans un mur blanc cassé chaud ou rose plâtre, laissant les oiseaux vert profond et terre cuite porter la couleur à eux seuls. Préférez une parure en lin avoine ou coton blanc. Un seul coussin rouille suffit. Évitez d’ajouter un autre vert dans la pièce : le premier héron perdrait son rôle. Deux lampes de chevet jumelles en bois clair complètent la symétrie. L’ensemble est assez paisible pour le sommeil et assez insolite pour faire sourire les invités. Encadrée en chêne, la bordure en bois pâle s’accorde aux lampes plutôt que de s’y opposer.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Quelle largeur choisir au-dessus d’un lit double ?

Visez la largeur du matelas ou juste en dessous. Un lit double britannique mesure 135 cm de large, donc un format d’environ 100 à 120 cm paraît pensé pour l’espace plutôt que perdu. Les oiseaux sont espacés régulièrement, donc ceux des extrémités doivent presque rejoindre les bords de la tête de lit, sinon le mur semble inachevé de chaque côté.

Le fond blush paraîtra-t-il rose sur mon mur ?

Oui, sur des murs blanc chaud, blanc cassé ou en plâtre, il se lit comme un sable doux et s’efface presque, ce qui laisse les oiseaux faire tout le travail. Sur un mur blanc froid ou gris, le fond devient nettement rose et l’on voit un rectangle. Si vos murs sont froids, un cadre blanc ou une peinture plus chaude sur ce seul mur règle le problème.

Fonctionne-t-il aussi au-dessus d’un canapé qu’au-dessus d’un lit ?

Oui, tant que le canapé est au moins aussi large que l’artwork et que la pièce accepte les couleurs chaudes. Accrochez-le de façon à ce que le bord inférieur soit à environ 20 cm au-dessus des coussins du dossier. Les oiseaux verts et terracotta s’accordent bien avec un canapé rouille ou olive, moins avec un modèle bleu marine ou gris où le fond chaud se heurte au tissu.
