Étirez-la plus que vous ne l’imaginez. À 120 cm de large, la grille cesse d’être un motif pour devenir une fenêtre, et tout le mur derrière la tête de lit recule visuellement. En dessous de 90 cm, l’effet bascule vers un tableau de carreaux. La lumière pêche au centre a besoin d’espace pour se diffuser. Choisissez la plus grande largeur que permet votre tête de lit, idéalement une main de chaque côté au‑delà. Des murs gris bleu font vibrer le rose. Un enduit blanc calme l’ensemble. Du linge de lit en lin, avoine ou vieux rose, et surtout aucune grille ni rayure à proximité. Dans le salon, même logique au‑dessus d’un canapé bas, avec le soleil légèrement décentré par rapport à l’assise. Une lampe, une plante, c’est tout. Avec un cadre blanc, la bordure pâle se lit comme un carreau de plus.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Le rose et l’orange jurent-ils avec une chambre grise ?

Non, le gris est là où il fonctionne le mieux. La plus grande partie de l’image est un bleu-gris ardoise, donc un mur gris le reprend et le rose et l’orange s’y installent comme la touche chaude. Une peinture gris moyen ou bleu-gris lui convient le mieux. Un greige très chaud avec du jaune atténue le rose, donc mieux vaut rester sur des tons froids pour le mur.

Quelle largeur choisir au-dessus d’un lit king-size ?

Une tête de lit king-size au Royaume-Uni mesure environ 150 cm de large, donc visez une œuvre entre 100 et 130 cm de large, accrochée 15 à 25 cm au-dessus de la tête de lit. Le soleil se place alors à peu près au centre du matelas. En dessous de 90 cm, la grille paraît trop serrée et le soleil devient petit, tandis que le mur autour semble vide.

La grille donne-t-elle une impression trop chargée de loin ?

À deux ou trois mètres, la grille s’adoucit en un effet de fenêtre et le regard va vers le soleil et l’horizon. De près, on voit les carrés et les traces de pinceau. Elle se situe quelque part entre paysage apaisant et motif, alors gardez le mur autour dégagé et évitez une literie rayée ou à carreaux en dessous, et l’ensemble reste calme.
