Placée sur le palier intermédiaire, accrochée haut au‑dessus de la rampe, cette affiche attire le regard vers le haut : d’abord les troncs blancs, puis les cercles — exactement l’effet recherché. Les teintes bleu sarcelle et rouge profond s’affirment sur un mur blanc crayeux et une rampe en chêne sobre, tandis que l’or en partie haute capte la moindre lueur qui descend dans la cage d’escalier. Laissez le palier dégagé, sans patères ni manteaux. Une pièce verticale, seule, et le couloir cesse d’être un passage pour devenir un espace. Les invités la remarquent avant même le sol. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Les couleurs paraîtront-elles trop fortes dans un petit couloir ?

Pas si les murs sont unis. Les cercles rouges et bleu sarcelle sont marqués, mais ils reposent sur des troncs blanc cassé qui laissent l’œil souffler, et le fond sauge et moutarde reste assez doux. Gardez le mur blanc chaud, évitez les tapis et les papiers peints à motifs, et le couloir paraîtra vivant plutôt qu’encombré. L’ensemble se lit mieux depuis l’autre bout, donc un couloir long et étroit lui va bien.

Quelle taille faut-il choisir pour un mur d’escalier ?

Voyez plus grand que ce qui vous semble confortable. Sur un demi-palier, l’affiche se voit depuis la première marche, elle doit donc être assez haute pour que les cercles restent bien distincts à trois ou quatre mètres. Grand est le point de départ le plus sensé, et une cage d’escalier sur toute hauteur peut accueillir le plus grand format. Les petites versions perdent les détails et commencent à ressembler à une bande de motif.

Faut-il un mur sombre ou coloré derrière ?

Non, un mur clair fonctionne mieux. Un blanc chaud ou un enduit crayeux permet aux troncs blanc cassé de se fondre sur les bords, pour que la pièce paraisse posée naturellement plutôt que plaquée. Une couleur sombre lutte avec les troncs et alourdit l’ensemble. Si vous voulez de la couleur sur le mur, un sauge doux ou un ton avoine reprend les nuances du fond sans concurrencer le rouge.
