How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Le fond vert foncé va-t-il donner une impression de pièce plus petite ?
Pas généralement. Comme le fond est sombre et les grues lumineuses, le regard va directement vers les oiseaux plutôt que vers les bords du tableau. Sur un mur clair, cela se lit comme un bloc de couleur profond, ce qui apporte même de la profondeur. Sur un mur sombre, l’ensemble se fond en douceur et semble faire partie de la peinture du mur.

L’or a-t-il vraiment un aspect métallique, ou est-ce imprimé ?
C’est une impression couleur plutôt qu’une vraie feuille métallique, donc cela ne reflète pas la lumière comme une dorure. En revanche, vous obtenez un ton or chaleureux qui évolue selon la lumière de la pièce. Sous une lumière douce de lampe, il brille ; à la lumière du jour, il tire davantage vers un sable chaud et un miel doré.

Puis-je l’accrocher dans une salle à manger sans qu’il ne domine les repas ?
Oui, et c’est même un très bon emplacement. Le fond sombre évite qu’il ne s’impose au-dessus de la table en journée, puis il prend vie sous les bougies ou une suspension basse le soir. Accrochez-le sur le mur que vous regardez assis, plutôt que directement derrière la tête de table.
