How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Le fond gris-vert paraîtra-t-il terne sur un mur blanc uni ?

Sur un blanc froid et lumineux, il peut paraître un peu gris, donc préférez un mur avec de la chaleur. Un blanc cassé, une teinte pierre, sauge ou argile douce rehaussent le fond et font ressortir les pivoines roses. Un cadre doré aide aussi dans une pièce blanche, car le métal apporte la chaleur qui manque au mur et l’image paraît moins délavée.

Quelle largeur choisir au-dessus d’un lit king size ?

Visez environ les deux tiers de la largeur de la tête de lit, ce qui, pour un lit king size, correspond à la grande taille ou à la version statement. La branche va de gauche à droite, donc une image plus large donne au mur une impression de longueur et de calme. Trop petit, et les grues ressemblent à une carte postale au-dessus d’un grand lit, tandis que la pièce perd l’effet papier peint qui fait tout le charme de cette œuvre.

Le rose jure-t-il avec un mur vert ?

Au contraire. Les pivoines sont d’un rose poudré plutôt que vif, et le fond est déjà d’un gris-vert doux, donc un mur sauge ou olive reprend l’arrière-plan et laisse les fleurs créer le contraste. Gardez les autres roses de la pièce à un seul coussin ou un plaid, et évitez le vert citron ou l’émeraude, qui se battent avec les tons vieillis au lieu de les accompagner.
