Installez-la au tournant de l’escalier, pour la rencontrer en montant. Idéale au-dessus d’une rampe en bois sombre, sur un mur blanc cassé et mat. Évitez les éléments trop vifs autour. Les roseaux bruns dialoguent avec le cuir patiné et des lames de parquet usées, ce qui explique la facilité avec laquelle elle s’intègre aux maisons anciennes. Privilégiez un format étroit et laissez la hauteur faire son effet. Dans un bureau, placez-la entre deux bibliothèques, une main sous le regard, près d’une lampe verte, sans autres images alentour. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Les tons bruns paraîtront-ils ternes sur un mur blanc uni ?

Sur un blanc froid et éclatant, ils peuvent paraître jaunis, donc le mur compte. Un blanc cassé, une pierre ou un mastic chaud permettent au ciel crème de rester lumineux plutôt qu'ancien. Un mur vert profond, bleu marine ou rouge brun foncé fonctionne encore mieux, car le ciel y brille et l'eau se fond dans la peinture. Évitez les spots directs et privilégiez une lampe à proximité.

Quelle taille choisir pour un palier d'escalier ?

Voyez plus grand que l'instinct ne le dit. Sur un palier, on la regarde d'en bas et de côté, donc une pièce trop courte se perd au-dessus de la rampe. Visez une accroche dont le bord supérieur se situe autour de 180 cm du sol du palier et une pièce couvrant environ deux tiers de la hauteur du mur. La largeur compte moins, car le format est étroit par nature et convient à des murs dès 50 cm de large.

Est-ce que cela fonctionne dans une pièce avec beaucoup de vert ?

Oui, et mieux encore que dans une pièce beige. Les roseaux et la ligne d'arbres portent un brun olive qui s'accorde facilement avec le vert bouteille, la mousse et la sauge, tandis que le ciel crème évite à l'ensemble de paraître lourd. Cela se marie bien avec un fauteuil en velours vert ou un mur peint en vert. Évitez le vert citron ou menthe, qui se heurtent au sépia chaud et le font paraître boueux.
