How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

La sarcelle va-t-elle assombrir une petite chambre ?

Pas si le mur derrière reste clair. Le ciel en haut est bleu-gris pâle et le chemin est rose tendre, donc environ la moitié de l’image est lumineuse. Sur un mur blanc ou blanc cassé, l’ensemble paraît frais plutôt que lourd. Le seul écueil est un mur vert foncé derrière, qui avale la sarcelle et ne laisse travailler que le rose.

Quelle largeur faut-il au-dessus d’un lit king size ?

Un king size britannique mesure 150 cm de large, donc visez 100 à 120 cm. En dessous, l’image flotte au-dessus de la tête de lit avec trop de mur vide de chaque côté. Laissez environ 15 cm entre le bord inférieur et la tête de lit. Dans une mezzanine avec plafond en pente, choisissez la plus grande taille et descendez-la un peu pour que le bord supérieur dégage la pente.

Le rose fonctionne-t-il avec un mur sauge ou vert ?

Les murs sauge fonctionnent bien, car l’olive et la sauge du feuillage se fondent dans le mur et le chemin rose devient le point d’ancrage du regard. Le vert forêt profond est plus délicat. Il aplatit la sarcelle et l’image perd de sa profondeur. Si un mur vert foncé est votre seule option, accrochez-la face à une fenêtre pour que la lumière du jour relève le ciel plus pâle et garde le chemin chaleureux.
