Deux oiseaux qui ont besoin d’espace. Accrochez cette toile à 40 cm de côté : le ciel devient une touche de couleur et les colverts n’apparaissent qu’en s’approchant. À partir de 70 cm, l’envergure se ressent vraiment, et le mur derrière la tête de lit capte à lui seul le rose doux des nuages. En grand format dans un salon avec un canapé bas et un mur en enduit clair, le ciel vide au-dessus des oiseaux agit comme une fenêtre. Lavande sur lin blanc, rien autour : le mur respire. Les petits formats ne fonctionnent que dans un couloir, à hauteur des yeux, où l’on passe tout près pour voir la touche. Sur toile, la matière picturale se lit depuis l’autre bout de la pièce, sans vitrage entre vous et le ciel.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Le rose dans le ciel va-t-il jurer avec une chambre grise ?

Non, un mur gris pâle ou moyen est l’un des meilleurs choix. Le rose doux apporte de la chaleur sur le gris plutôt qu’une couleur à part entière, et la lavande du ciel fait le lien avec le mur. Gardez la literie blanche ou couleur avoine et l’ensemble s’intègre vite. Le gris anthracite très sombre est l’exception, car les pastels y paraissent plus fanés.

Quelle taille choisir au-dessus d’un lit double ?

Pour un lit double standard, visez 70 à 80 cm de côté, centrée sur la tête de lit, avec une largeur de main entre les deux. Ce format permet de percevoir les oiseaux à une échelle naturelle depuis la porte. Sur un king ou super king, vous pouvez aller jusqu’à 90 cm sans que cela paraisse lourd, car l’essentiel de l’image est constitué de ciel ouvert.

Est-ce que cela fonctionne dans une pièce sans autres couleurs pastel ?

Oui, et souvent mieux. Dans une pièce aux murs blancs, au bois clair et au linge uni, elle devient la seule source de couleur, et le rose et la lavande paraissent intentionnels plutôt que thématiques. Évitez d’ajouter des coussins roses pour faire écho. Un seul petit objet dans une tonalité similaire, une base de lampe ou un plaid, suffit amplement.
