How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Est-ce que cela semblera déplacé une fois Halloween passé ?

Moins qu’on ne le pense. Les citrouilles et les chauves-souris sont petites face aux trois façades pastel, donc de loin, on voit surtout une rue et ses feuilles d’automne. La plupart des gens la gardent jusqu’à fin novembre, et certains ne la retirent jamais. Dans une chambre d’enfant, elle devient simplement l’image avec le chat.

Quelle taille convient dans un couloir étroit ?

Visez 50 à 60 cm de côté. Cela remplit la largeur d’un mur de couloir typique entre deux encadrements de porte et garde les petits enfants déguisés assez grands pour être reconnus depuis la porte d’entrée. En dessous de 40 cm, les personnages deviennent des points, ce qui enlève tout le charme. Au-delà de 70 cm, elle a tendance à encombrer un couloir et montre le coup de pinceau naïf à une échelle plus grossière.

Est-ce que cela fonctionne sur un mur sombre ou faut-il du blanc ?

C’est mieux sur un mur sombre. Une peinture bleu marine profond, vert bouteille ou gris charbon fait ressortir les maisons roses et bleues, et les citrouilles orange y brillent davantage. Sur un mur blanc, c’est joli mais plus discret, alors ajoutez un bord de cadre blanc pour lui donner un contour. Évitez les murs peints dans un rose tendre ou un bleu poudre similaires, où les maisons perdent leur silhouette.
