Kies: zwart kader of zonder lijst. Met een zwart kader lopen de inktlijnen door tot de rand en oogt het geheel als één slank grafisch object – ideaal voor die smalle strook naast de keukendeur. Zonder lijst vloeit de zandkleurige ondergrond over in een pleistermuur en lijken oranje en teal te zweven. Beide opties werken; laat de wand beslissen. Geverfde pleister in off‑white vraagt om de zwarte rand voor extra definitie. Een al wit betegelde of geglazigd groene wand is rustiger met de zachte, ongelijste variant, zodat de keuken niet drukker wordt. Houd de breedte eerlijk: op 40 cm draagt het werk nog steeds een hal vanaf het einde. Hang het met de bovenkant iets boven ooghoogte en geef het de volledige nis. Op canvas krijgt de zandkleur subtiele textuur en lopen de randen door, zodat het stuk moeiteloos zonder lijst kan hangen.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Botst het oranje met een houten keuken?
Tegen licht eiken of berken staat het comfortabel, omdat de zandkleur dicht bij de houttint ligt en het oranje als één warm accent werkt. Tegen donker walnoot of kersenhout wordt het warmer en gaat de keuken zwaarder aanvoelen. Als je kasten donker zijn, hang het dan op een wit of beige geverfde muur uit de buurt van het hout en laat de teal kom de boel afkoelen.
Hoe breed moet het zijn voor een hal?
Streef naar minstens 40 cm breed, wat in dit formaat ongeveer 80 cm hoog geeft. Kleiner en de zwarte lijnen vervagen van buitenaf tot één donkere krabbel. In een lange gang kun je beter naar 50 cm breed gaan, zodat de gestapelde vormen ook van het uiteinde duidelijk zijn. Laat aan beide kanten een handbreedte vrije muur over, zodat de hoge vorm goed uitkomt.
Is het niet te druk voor een kleine keuken?
De ondergrond is vooral rustig zandkleurig, dus meer dan de helft van het oppervlak blijft kalm, ook al is het midden levendig. In een kleine keuken is de truc om het aan een muur zonder andere dingen te hangen en het werkblad eronder leeg te houden. Zie het als het enige uitgesproken item in de ruimte en een compacte keuken voelt doordacht in plaats van vol.
