How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Wordt het rood niet te sterk in een kleine keuken?

In een kleine keuken doet het juist het tegenovergestelde van vol ogen. Het rood neemt maar een klein deel van het beeld in en de rest is off-white, dus vanaf de deuropening zie je één helder accent op een lichte muur. Het geeft een eenvoudige keuken focus zonder extra patroon. Houd andere roodtinten uit de ruimte en het blijft één duidelijke noot in plaats van een thema.

Welke maat werkt het best boven een keukenblad?

Een kleinere maat werkt hier goed. Rond 30 tot 40 cm vierkant blijven de kersen dicht bij ware grootte, en dat hoort bij de charme van een oude fruitplaat. Hang het midden ongeveer op ooghoogte, met een duidelijke handbreedte boven de spatwand of open plank. Grotere formaten werken boven een eettafel, waar je er van verderaf naar kijkt en de extra witte ruimte als ademruimte leest.

Moet het in een keuken hangen?

Keukens en eetkamers zijn de natuurlijke plek, maar het past ook ergens anders waar wit en zonnig de toon zetten. Een ontbijthoek, een wand bij de voorraadkast of een kleine bijkeuken werken allemaal goed. Het staat ook prettig in een kinderkamer, waar de eenvoudige vorm en heldere roodtint goed uitkomen. Alleen in donkere, weinig verlichte ruimtes komt het minder goed tot zijn recht, omdat de off-white ondergrond dan grauw wordt en het rood minder oplicht.
