Nog vóór je het over aquarel hebt: kijk wat het lichte blauw doet met kale witte muren. Een voetbal, in volle vlucht, naast een zacht ogend doelnet — geschilderd in waterig blauwgrijs met kleine spikkels warm crème. Subtiel, maar trefzeker. De kamer gaat van leeg naar doordacht. Geeft een kinderslaapkamer of babykamer een duidelijk thema zonder tekenfilmachtig te worden, en het schreeuwt niet om aandacht rond bedtijd. Hangt mooi boven een klein bed, een lage wandplank, een commode of een speelhoek. Het vierkante formaat maakt centreren eenvoudig. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Is dit te rustig voor de slaapkamer van een echte voetbalfan?

Het is bewust zacht — bleek blauwgrijze washes in plaats van clubkleuren. Het past bij jongere kinderen, babykamers of oudere kinderen waarvan de kamer rustig blijft. Als je een echte fanzone wilt met clubtenues en felle primaire kleuren, levert dit niet die energie. Combineer het met één of twee fellere sportstukken als je meer pit nodig hebt.

Toont de print teamlogo's of rugnummers?

Nee. De voetbal is een eenvoudig handgeschilderd paneelontwerp zonder teambranding, tenues, spelersnamen of nummers. Het is een generieke aquarelvoetbal en goal, dus het raakt niet gedateerd als kinderen van favoriete team wisselen en het blijft neutraal tijdens de levensduur van de kamer.

Zal het er weggewassen uitzien op een witte muur?

De blauwgrijze washes zijn bleek, dus op een egale witte muur komt het rustig over in plaats van krachtig. Dat is de bedoeling — het voegt een thema toe zonder te schreeuwen. Wil je meer contrast, dan helpt een smalle eiken- of warm-witte lijst en een krijtachtig gebroken-wit of zacht grijsgroen op de muur erachter om het meer naar voren te halen.
