Zacht blauw is allesbehalve saai. Dit ontwerp bestaat uit duizenden dunne, golvende lijnen in één kleur, die naar buiten rimpelen en in het midden samenkomen tot een geweven kruis. Aan de muur werkt het als een rustige, grafische structuur: het geeft een neutrale kamer iets om naar te kijken zonder er een extra kleur aan toe te voegen. Komt het best tot zijn recht boven een dressoir, lage bank of bed – kies een formaat dat de wand zelfstandig draagt. Combineer met licht hout, linnen, wit servies en een vlakgeweven kleed. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Zijn de fijne lijnen ook van een afstand nog goed zichtbaar?

Ja, maar de schaal maakt uit. Van dichtbij zie je elke golvende lijn en het geweven midden. Vanaf drie of vier meter vloeit het detail samen en zie je een zacht blauw vlak met een sterke kruisvorm in het midden. Kies groot of opvallend als de wand breed is, en houd kleinere formaten voor smallere plekken waar mensen dichterbij staan.

Is het blauw sterk genoeg voor een kamer zonder andere blauwe accenten?

Het werkt hoe dan ook. Het blauw ligt over warm gebroken wit, dus het voelt eerder als een zachte tint dan als een felle kleur. In een volledig neutrale kamer geeft het je één koel accent zonder dat je de rest hoeft te veranderen. Heb je al navy kussens of een blauw vloerkleed, dan verbindt het de kamer in plaats van dat het ermee botst.

Ziet het er niet te druk uit voor een kleine kamer?

Het lijnwerk is dicht, maar het is allemaal één kleur en één lijndikte, dus het leest als textuur en niet als rommel. In een kleine hal of badkamer werkt het als behang met patroon in één vierkant. Houd de muur eromheen rustig en sla andere patronen in de buurt over, dan blijft het kalm.
