How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the cream background actually cream, or more white?
It reads as a soft, warm cream rather than a bright white — closer to natural paper or unbleached linen. That warmth is part of why the bright blue and orange feel friendly rather than harsh, and it tends to sit nicely against off-white and chalky painted walls.
Will the bright blue and orange clash with a mostly neutral bedroom?
Generally no — the colours sit on a calm cream background, so they read as accents rather than a wall of colour. It works best when the rest of the room stays fairly quiet: linen bedding, pale wood, simple lamps. Pull one of the colours into a cushion or throw if you want to tie it in.
Does it work above a double or king-size bed, or is it too small?
A medium size suits a standard double well as a single piece. Above a king-size bed, size up to a large, or hang it as a pair with a quieter companion print so the wall doesn't feel under-filled. Aim for the artwork to span roughly two-thirds of the headboard width.
