Boven een bed werkt een brede maat het best: hang de onderrand op ongeveer een handbreedte boven het hoofdbord, met effen linnen beddengoed in haver- of offwhite eronder. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Wordt het roze niet te zoet in een volwassen slaapkamer?

Het roze zit hier naast leigrijze en donkere antracietheuvels, dus het leest eerder als avondlicht dan als kinderkamerkleur. Tegen een warm gebroken witte muur met oat-linnen voelt het rustig en volwassen. Houd de rest van de kamer neutraal en licht hout. Meer roze in kussens of plaids maakt het snel zoeter.

Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een kingsize bed?

Richt op twee derde tot drie kwart van de bedbreedte, dus bij een bed van 150 cm is iets van 100 tot 120 cm breed goed. Hang het met de onderrand ongeveer 15 cm boven het hoofdbord. Op dat formaat zijn de vierkantjes groot genoeg om vanaf de deuropening te lezen en ligt de horizon op de plek waar je blik valt als je binnenkomt.

Lijken de vierkantjes van dichtbij pixelachtig?

Van dichtbij zie je losse kleurtegeltjes met geschilderde randen, meer als een mozaïek dan als een foto met lage resolutie. Vanaf ongeveer tweeënhalve meter vloeien ze samen tot heuvels, een lage zon en een lila lucht. In een slaapkamer zie je het meestal vanaf de deur of van verderop in de kamer, en daar komt het het best tot zijn recht.
