How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the headland on the right meant to be that dark — will it feel heavy in a small room?
The dark headland sits in the top right corner and is balanced by the large area of sandy yellow at the bottom and the sky blue across the top. In a small room it reads as a graphic anchor rather than a heavy shadow, and it actually helps the brighter colours feel intentional rather than washed out.
Does the print show any van branding or logos?
No. The camper van is drawn in a generic retro shape with no badges, numberplates or visible branding. It reads as a friendly nod to classic 1960s campers rather than a specific make or model, which keeps it broadly suitable as a gift.
Will the warm yellow clash with cool blue or grey walls?
It works well on cool walls — the sky blue in the print picks up cool tones and the sandy yellow adds warmth without fighting them. Soft white, pale blue-grey and chalky off-white walls all suit it. Avoid hanging on a strong mustard or terracotta wall, where the yellow can get lost.
