Hang hem breder dan je denkt. Bij 120 cm breed leest het raster niet meer als patroon maar als raam, waardoor de muur achter het bed optisch terugwijkt. Onder 90 cm wordt het een tegelkaart. Het perziklicht in het midden heeft ruimte nodig om te verspreiden. Kies de grootste maat die je hoofdbord toelaat, idealiter een handbreedte voorbij het hoofdbord aan beide kanten. Grijsblauwe muren laten het roze gloeien. Wit stucwerk houdt het rustig. Linnen beddengoed in havermout of stoffig roze eronder; vermijd ruiten en strepen in de buurt. In de woonkamer geldt hetzelfde boven een lage bank, met de zon net iets uit het midden van de zitting. Eén lamp, één plant, klaar. In een witte lijst leest de lichte rand als één extra ruit.

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Botst het roze en oranje met een grijze slaapkamer?

Nee, grijs werkt juist het best. Het grootste deel van het beeld is leiblauwgrijs, dus een grijze muur pikt dat op en het roze en oranje zitten daarbinnen als het warme deel. Midden grijs of blauwgrijze verf past het mooist. Een heel warme greige met geel erin maakt het roze doffer, dus houd de muurkleur koel.

Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een kingsize bed?

Een hoofdbord voor een UK king is ongeveer 150 cm breed, dus kies idealiter een kunstwerk van 100 tot 130 cm breed, op 15 tot 25 cm boven het hoofdbord. Zo komt de zon ongeveer boven het midden van het matras te hangen. Smaler dan 90 cm maakt het raster benauwd en de zon klein, en dan voelt de muur eromheen leeg aan.

Maakt het raster het van een afstand niet te druk?

Vanaf twee of drie meter wordt het raster zachter en oogt het meer als een venster, en gaat je blik naar de zon en de horizon. Van dichtbij zie je de losse vakjes en penseelstreken. Het zit ergens tussen een rustig landschap en een patroon in, dus houd de muur eromheen vrij en vermijd gestreept of geruit beddengoed eronder, dan leest het rustig.
