How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the soft cream background clash with a bright white wall?
The background is a warm cream rather than a pure white, so it will read slightly warmer than a bright white wall. On cool bright white walls it still works, but it looks most at home on warm white, off-white or soft plaster walls where the cream ground blends in rather than sitting as an obvious rectangle.
Is this piece strong enough to hang on its own above a bed?
Yes, in a medium size it holds its own above a standard double or king bed, especially with a slim oak frame. If your bed is very wide or the wall is tall, either size up or pair it with a second quiet botanical for a soft two-print arrangement rather than trying to fill the space with one small print.
Does the green read more sage or more olive in real rooms?
It sits between the two. The fresher parts of the leaf lean sage, while the deeper edges lean towards a warm olive. Under warm bulbs and daylight it feels closer to sage on cream; in cooler north-facing light the olive notes come forward a little more, which suits earthy and Japandi-leaning rooms.
