How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the tiger read as bold or as calm on the wall?
Both, and that's the point. From across the room it reads as a strong dark shape against a lot of white, so it holds the wall. Up close, the wash tones and open composition feel quiet and hand-painted. It brings presence to a room without adding colour or clutter.
Will it work if my walls aren't pure white?
Yes. Warm whites, chalky off-white, pale plaster and soft stone all suit it well because the paper background reads as light rather than bright white. Avoid very dark or heavily patterned walls — the piece relies on empty space around the tiger to work properly.
Is this piece too much for a small room?
Not if it's the only strong piece on the wall. In a small study, bedroom or hallway, hang it solo with generous margins on either side and keep the surrounding shelves and surfaces pared back. The empty space in the picture will make the room feel calmer, not busier.
