How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the soft pink read on a cream or off-white wall?

Yes, but gently. The pink is pale and the green is muted, so on a warm off-white wall the print sits quietly rather than popping. If you want more contrast, hang it on a slightly cooler grey-white or a soft chalky stone wall and the stem will stand out more clearly.

Is this big enough to hang on its own above a bed or console?

A medium square works well solo above a single bed, a slim console, or a narrow chest of drawers. Above a larger double or king bed, it's better as one of a pair, or sized up to the large tier so it doesn't look stranded against a wide headboard.

Does the background have any visible texture or just plain paper?

The background is a warm off-white with a very light paper grain and the soft, slightly uneven wash of watercolour — not a flat printed colour. That warmth is part of why it pairs well with linen, oak and stoneware rather than crisp gloss-white interiors.
