Om detta konstverk

Hang this where the side-light hits and the deep green sharpens. In a room of soft neutrals, those blocks of green and black give the wall a spine, and the scraped off-white keeps it from feeling heavy. It steadies a sofa wall, holds a narrow hallway, and gives a desk wall something to look at without shouting. Pair it with dark wood, black metal, linen, and one green plant nearby. Keep the surrounding wall bare and skip busy patterned frames or fussy florals next to it — the worn edges and hard blocks do enough on their own. On canvas the paint-scraped texture reads as one continuous surface, right to the edge.

Tryck, Papper och Ramar

TRYCK OCH PAPPER:

Precis giclée-tryck
Varje tryck görs med högupplösta giclée-skrivare. Det ger skarpa detaljer, rika färger och en finish i gallerikvalitet. Våra tryck håller i över 100 år.

Papper i museikvalitet
Vi använder premium, tungt konstpapper med matt yta. Det framhäver detaljer, toner och texturer på ett vackert sätt.

Matt finish
Matt papper betyder inga reflektioner.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the green dark enough to work in a north-facing room?

Yes. The green is deep but sits against a large area of worn off-white, so the whole piece keeps its lift in cooler, softer light. In a north-facing room it reads slightly cooler and more grey-green, which usually suits pale grey and off-white walls well. A nearby lamp will warm it up in the evening.

Will the worn, scratchy texture still show at a smaller size?

Some of it will, but the fine scraped marks and speckles are the first thing to disappear as the size drops. At large sizes you see the layers and torn edges clearly, which is most of the appeal. If you only have a small wall, choose the largest size that fits rather than centring a small one.

Does it clash with warm woods like walnut and oak?

No. Deep green and black sit happily next to warm timber, and the rust flecks in the worn edges help bridge the two. Walnut and dark wood look particularly good under it. With very orange-toned pine, keep other accents cooler — grey textiles or black metal — so the room does not tip too warm.
