Give it the sofa. A three-seater runs about 200cm, and this shape wants roughly two thirds of that, hung so the lower edge sits a hand above the back cushions. Grey wool upholstery is the ideal partner. The brick red warms a cool sofa the way a throw never quite manages, and the dark teal in the lower half ties into the shadow under the seat. Keep the cushions plain. One in rust, the rest in off-white or charcoal, and nothing patterned within arm's reach. Walls should be soft putty or warm stone, so the long shape reads as one sweep across the room. Dark paint would swallow the lower half and leave only the red. On a narrow chimney breast it feels cramped. Over the sofa it has room to move. As a canvas stretched over a wooden frame, it arrives ready to hang.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Will the red overpower a small living room?
In a small room the red works as the only accent, so take the other colour out of the way. Grey or charcoal seating, a putty wall and one rust cushion are enough. The cream in the sky takes up nearly half the picture, which keeps it from feeling heavy. Avoid adding a second red elsewhere, such as a rug or a patterned throw, and the room settles.
What width should I order for above a king-size bed?
A UK king is 150cm wide, so aim for a picture between 100cm and 120cm across. That leaves a margin either side and keeps the long shape from touching the edges of the bed. Hang it with the lower edge about 15cm above the headboard. Go any smaller and the tentacles lose their reach and it starts to look like a poster rather than part of the wall.
Does it need a lot of daylight?
No, it holds up in low light better than most colourful pictures. The dark teal and brick red stay strong under a single lamp in the evening, which is why it suits a dining room. Direct sunlight is the one thing to avoid, since it washes the cream areas flat. A wall opposite or beside a window, rather than facing it, is the best spot.
