How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the gold background look too yellow on a white wall?

It reads warm rather than bright yellow, so it lifts a plain white wall instead of clashing with it. If your white has a cool grey undertone, a darker wood frame helps by giving the gold a clear edge. On deep green, dusty pink or warm off-white walls it settles in straight away.

Is there enough detail to hang it at a large size?

Yes. The branches, individual pomegranates, peacock feathers and small flowers all hold up close, which is why large suits it better than small. Bigger sizes let the tree keep its full curve rather than feeling cramped, and the fine painted texture stays visible from a metre or so away.

Can I use it in a room that already has green and pink in it?

That's a good match. The peacock brings blue-green and the flowers bring soft pink and white, so existing green upholstery or dusty pink textiles will look intentional. Keep patterns around it fairly simple - plain velvet, linen or a small check works better beside it than another large floral.
