How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
How much of the print is taken up by the typography at the top and bottom?
The lettering is part of the design — 'William Morris' sits across the top, and the exhibition-style details (venue, dates) run along the bottom. The cats and florals fill the central two-thirds. If you'd prefer a cleaner crop, this isn't the right pick.
Does the dark background look heavy in a small room?
It can, if the wall behind is also dark. On a chalky off-white or soft warm-white wall, the near-black ground reads as depth rather than weight, and the cream daisies almost glow. In a small room, go medium rather than statement and keep nearby surfaces plain.
Are both cats clearly visible, or is the kitten hidden in the foliage?
Both are clearly there. The larger tabby sits in the upper half, looking straight out. The smaller kitten is lower and slightly to the left, peeking out from between the daisies and peonies. You spot the tabby first, then the kitten — which is part of the charm.
