How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Can I tell it's Newquay, or does it just read as a generic beach scene?
It's recognisably Newquay. The town up on Towan headland, the long sweep of beach below and the surfers walking down to the water all read clearly — anyone who knows the spot will spot it straight away. For people who don't, it still works as a calm Cornish coast scene.
Will the cream background look washed out on a white wall?
It holds up well. The deep green cliffs and the warm peach band along the horizon give the print enough contrast to sit confidently on white or off-white plaster. If anything, a soft warm wall like pale stone or buttermilk brings the sand tones forward even more.
Is the lettering at the top easy to read from across the room?
Yes. The 'CORNWALL' headline is set in bold capitals and reads cleanly from a hallway or across a small bathroom. The 'Newquay' script underneath is softer and you'll catch it up close, which feels right — the place name is the headline, the town is the detail.
