How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the 'LONDON' lettering very dominant, or does the rest of the picture hold its own?
The red lettering is the loudest single element and sits across the middle, but the icons around it — Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the bus, the phone box — are roughly the same scale and carry equal weight. From a metre or two away it reads as one balanced composition, not as a word with pictures around it.
Will the bright red feel too much in a small hallway?
The red is concentrated in the lettering and a couple of icons; everything else sits on a warm cream background that gives the eye somewhere to rest. In a small hallway with off-white or pale walls it adds a focal point rather than closing the space in. Avoid pairing it with strong red wallpaper or red runners directly below.
Is this suitable for a young child's room, or is the detail too small?
It works well from toddler age upward. Children tend to pick out individual icons — the bus, the guard, the cab, the stars — and name them, so the small scale of each element is part of the appeal. Hang it at adult eye level above a low shelf so a child can step closer to look.
