Love the picture
Love the picture, however the frame was flimsy, two corners were misaligned and the tape holding the picture to the frame was loose, leaving gaps in the assembly. The price was too high for the quality of the framing.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the caption part of the print, or is it added separately?
The caption 'when life gives you lemons…' is printed as part of the artwork itself, in the same loose hand-drawn style as the portrait. It sits below the figure and reads clearly from a few steps back, so it's part of the design rather than an add-on.
Will the off-white background look properly white next to bright white walls?
The background is a soft, warm off-white rather than pure white, so on a bright white wall it will read as a gentle cream rectangle. That's usually a good thing in a kitchen — it stops the print feeling clinical — but worth knowing if you want a hard white-on-white look.
Does the humour wear thin quickly, or does it hold up day to day?
The joke is dry and visual rather than punchline-loud, so it tends to settle into the room rather than shout at you. Most people stop reading the caption after a week and just see a calm line portrait — which is the point.
