How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the Sacre-Coeur dome the main focal point, or do the trees take over?
The dome is the focal point. The orange trees on the right are framing — they add warmth and lead the eye, but the white basilica sits roughly centre-top and holds the composition. From across a room you read the dome and the cobbled stairs first, with the leaves softening the edges.
Will the warm orange clash with a cream or beige room?
It tends to work well. The orange in the print is warm and slightly muted rather than bright, so it sits comfortably next to cream walls, oak, linen and brass. If your room already has strong red or peach accents, layer carefully — otherwise it usually adds warmth without taking over.
Does it work on a narrow hallway wall, or is it too detailed?
It's well suited to a narrow wall. The composition is vertical and reads from a distance — the dome and the stairs do most of the work. Finer details like the lamppost and bench are bonuses up close, not things you need to see from across the hall.
