How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the warm brown ink read as too dark on an off-white wall?
No. The ink covers a small share of the composition, with most of the print left as soft off-white. On a chalky off-white wall it reads as a calm, mid-tone focal point rather than a heavy block of colour, so the wall still feels light and open.
Does this work as a single piece, or does it need a partner print?
It works very well solo — the tall format and single subject are designed to hold a wall on their own. If you'd rather pair it, choose one quieter companion in the same warm brown and off-white range, such as a soft botanical or a simple ink branch, and keep it slightly smaller.
Is the stag's mood calm or unsettling?
Calm and watchful rather than tense. The brushwork is loose and gentle, and the stag is shown mid-step with no dramatic staging or strong shadows. It suits bedrooms and studies where you want a grounded animal presence, not a confrontational one.
