How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the pattern feel too busy on the wall?
It's busy by design, but the poppy gives your eye a clear place to land. As long as the rest of the wall and the surface below stay calm — plain paint, simple console, one lamp — the pattern reads as personality rather than noise.
What wall colour works best behind it?
Soft warm whites, chalky off-whites and pale plaster pinks all flatter the soft pink petals. It also looks confident on a deeper navy or inky blue wall, which picks up the blue in the backdrop. Avoid strong terracotta or mustard walls, which fight the pink.
Does it work in a small room?
Yes — arguably better. In a downstairs loo, galley kitchen or narrow hallway, the bold pattern feels like a treat rather than a takeover. In bigger rooms, give it a quieter wall to itself so the colour and pattern can carry.
