How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the bright blue clash with a warm cream kitchen?
It shouldn't. The sky blue is clean and clear rather than icy, and the white sand and soft red warm it up. It sits happily next to cream walls, pale oak and warm brass. If your kitchen is very yellow-toned, lean into it with a white or pale oak frame to keep things balanced.
Is it too playful for a grown-up dining room?
It depends on the room. In a relaxed, light-filled dining room with rattan, linen and pale wood, it adds personality without feeling childish. In a formal dining room with dark wood, heavy curtains and traditional furniture, it will feel out of place. Pair with simple ceramics and natural textures to keep it adult.
Does it work in a north-facing room with cooler light?
Yes, and it often helps. The warm red and white sand push back against cool grey light, while the blue stays fresh rather than washed out. Hang it where you'll see it as you enter the room, and keep nearby textiles warm — cream linen, soft terracotta, pale oak — to balance the cooler daylight.
