All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It reads as one clear shape rather than red everywhere, so it holds up in small rooms. Keep the surrounding wall plain and let it be the only strong colour in that sightline. In a narrow hallway, hang it where you pass it rather than directly opposite a seating spot, and the red feels like a lift rather than a shout.

Yes, as long as the blue is soft or chalky rather than a deep saturated navy. The water in the painting is a bright, punchy blue, so a quieter wall colour gives it room to sit forward. Against a very strong blue wall the sea and the wall compete, and the red sun loses some of its snap.

Go large. Square pieces need real width to anchor a sofa, and at a bigger size the sun, the sails and the choppy water all stay readable from across the room. As a rough guide, aim for the artwork to span around two thirds of the sofa width, hung about 25cm above the back cushions.
