Om detta konstverk

When the living room feels over-arranged, this kind of abstract helps. It gives the eye one big, confident thing to look at instead of ten small ones. The curved ribbons of burnt orange, navy, cream and dark brown pull the warm and cool tones in a room together, so mismatched wood and upholstery suddenly look deliberate. Hang it above a low sofa, a sideboard or on a wide hallway wall where you see it from a few steps back. Pair it with tan leather, dark wood, rattan and warm off-white paint. Avoid crowding it with small patterned pieces or busy shelf styling right beside it — the curves need clear wall to read properly. On premium fine-art paper the flat colour blocks stay crisp and matt.

Tryck, Papper och Ramar

TRYCK OCH PAPPER:

Precis giclée-tryck
Varje tryck görs med högupplösta giclée-skrivare. Det ger skarpa detaljer, rika färger och en finish i gallerikvalitet. Våra tryck håller i över 100 år.

Papper i museikvalitet
Vi använder premium, tungt konstpapper med matt yta. Det framhäver detaljer, toner och texturer på ett vackert sätt.

Matt finish
Matt papper betyder inga reflektioner.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the burnt orange clash with a navy sofa?

No — the print already carries a near-black navy in its background, so a navy sofa reads as part of the same family. The burnt orange and cream curves stop it feeling flat. If your navy is a brighter, brighter-blue tone, hang the piece a little higher so the cream areas sit closest to the sofa back.

Does it need a lot of wall space to work?

It needs breathing room more than a huge wall. Around 70cm of clear width is enough at a large size, but leave empty space either side rather than butting it up to shelving or a doorframe. The curves run off the edges of the composition, so a crowded surround makes them look cut short.

Which way up should it hang?

As shown, portrait, with the darker navy area at the top and the tighter loop at the bottom. That keeps the weight low and the eye travelling upward. It is an abstract, so it technically works either way, but hung upside down the heavy dark section sits at floor level and the balance feels off in most rooms.
