Om detta konstverk

Back in the 1960s, this abstract belonged to another kind of home. Put it up and the wall stops being background. The rust and burnt orange pull warmth into the room, the sage green cools it back down, and the near-black blocks give the whole thing weight, so a plain sofa wall suddenly has a centre. Hang it above a low sideboard, a desk, or in a study where you sit with it for a while. Pair it with teak or walnut, tan leather, oat linen and a couple of clay-toned pots. Don't crowd it with patterned cushions or a busy cluster of small frames — it needs quiet either side. On fine-art paper the colour blocks stay flat and clean-edged.

Tryck, Papper och Ramar

TRYCK OCH PAPPER:

Precis giclée-tryck
Varje tryck görs med högupplösta giclée-skrivare. Det ger skarpa detaljer, rika färger och en finish i gallerikvalitet. Våra tryck håller i över 100 år.

Papper i museikvalitet
Vi använder premium, tungt konstpapper med matt yta. Det framhäver detaljer, toner och texturer på ett vackert sätt.

Matt finish
Matt papper betyder inga reflektioner.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the orange as strong in real life as it looks on screen?

The burnt orange and rust are the loudest parts of the piece, but they sit in flat, matte blocks rather than glossy brights. Next to sage green, deep charcoal and warm cream they read as grounded rather than neon. On a white or off-white wall the warmth lifts; on a beige wall it settles down.

Will the dark bottom section look heavy in a small room?

The near-black blocks sit along the lower third, which anchors the composition rather than filling the room. In a small space, hang it a little higher than usual so the darker area falls above furniture, and keep the wall behind pale. It reads as weight and depth, not gloom.

Does it need other geometric pieces around it to work?

No. It carries enough shape and colour to hold a wall on its own, and it often looks stronger solo. If you do want company, a plain vertical piece in one of the same colours, hung as a pair with generous spacing, works better than a busy cluster of patterns.
