How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the Eiffel Tower clearly visible, or just a hint in the background?
It's clearly there, rising in the gap between two cream Haussmann buildings, but painted in soft golden-beige lines rather than bold black. From across a room you read it straight away as the Eiffel Tower; up close you can see the loose watercolour and ink linework.
Will the soft cream tones look washed out on a white wall?
No — the grey-blue zinc roofs, dark ink balcony lines and fresh green trees give it enough contrast to hold a white or off-white wall. It looks especially good against warm off-whites and chalky pale greys, where the cream stone reads as warm rather than pale.
Is this better hung in portrait above a sofa or a bed?
It works for both. Above a sofa, the tall format draws the eye up and balances a low piece of furniture. Above a bed, it acts like a window view and adds a romantic, restful feel. In a narrow hallway it also reads beautifully because the verticals of the buildings echo the wall shape.
