How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
How loud is the red in real life?
It reads as a warm deep red rather than a bright postbox red — closer to a faded oxblood. Against cream walls it feels warm and grounded rather than aggressive, and it sits comfortably with walnut, dark oak and stoneware tones.
Will this work if my room is already quite colourful?
Probably not as a centrepiece. The red halo wants to be the loudest voice on the wall. If your sofa, rug and curtains are already in strong colours or patterns, this piece will fight them. It works best with quieter, more neutral furnishings around it.
What size suits a sofa or sideboard?
Aim for a piece that's roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture below it, hung so the centre sits around eye level. Because the composition has generous space around the shapes, going larger reads better than too small — a small version can feel lost on a wide wall.
