How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the background really sky blue or more grey?
The background reads as a pale, dusty sky blue with a slight grey lean — not bright or saturated. Against a warm cream wall it warms up; against a cool grey wall it goes more silvery. It's there to let the pinks and lavender breathe rather than to compete with them.
Will the busy pattern overwhelm a small bedroom?
It can if the rest of the room is also patterned. The trick is to treat this as the room's only pattern: plain bedding, plain curtains, plain rug. In a small bedroom it actually works well as a single focal point above the bed or chest — it gives the room one strong thing to look at rather than lots of small ones.
Is there enough green to tie this in with houseplants?
There's some dark green in the pine branches and leaves, but it's a small share of the picture. The print won't fight with houseplants, but it isn't a green-led piece — the dominant colours are soft pink, lavender and pale blue, so plan your styling around those rather than expecting the green to lead.
