How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the background a true white or more of a cream?

It's a warm off-white rather than a bright paper white — closer to soft cream. That keeps the pink, mustard and deep green feeling gentle rather than graphic, and it sits more easily against painted walls in oat, stone or chalky white than a colder, brighter background would.

Will the pink read as girly or as a grown-up colour?

The pink is used sparingly, as quick brushy marks rather than full blocks, and it's grounded by deep green leaves and black linework. It reads more like a confident splash of colour than anything overtly sweet, which makes it work in adult bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms as easily as in a child's room.

Does it need other floral art around it or can it stand alone?

It's happy on its own above a small console, desk or chest of drawers. If you do want to build a set, keep companions loose and hand-drawn rather than detailed botanical plates — busy Victorian-style florals will fight the relaxed line work and make the wall feel cluttered.
