How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the deep green background look too dark in a small room?
It reads richer than it does heavy, especially with a warm lamp nearby. In a small study or entryway it adds depth rather than shrinking the wall, as long as you keep the surrounding wall plain and the lighting warm rather than cool.
Does the print show any text or just the botanical pattern?
Yes — the layout is a heritage exhibition poster, so there is small text at the top reading 'Arts & Botany Design' and a larger title at the bottom reading 'The Botanical House' with 'Heritage Prints Co.' beneath it. The botanical pattern fills the central panel.
Will it work next to wood panelling or a patterned rug?
Yes, as long as the wood is warm-toned and the rug isn't another busy floral. Oak, walnut and tongue-and-groove all sit happily next to it. Geometric or plain rugs in cream, rust or muted green ground the room without competing with the pattern.
