How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?
Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the typography 'Arts & Botany Design' and 'The Botanical House' show on the print?
Yes — both lines of typography are part of the design, sitting above and below the botanical artwork in a museum-poster style. If you'd prefer a clean botanical without text, this isn't the one. The wording is intentional to the heritage-poster look and isn't customisable.
Will it feel too busy in a small room?
It's a patterned piece, so it does fill the wall visually. In a small room it works best as the only artwork on that wall, with plain textiles around it. If the room already has patterned wallpaper, cushions or rugs, it can tip into too much — pair it with quieter surfaces instead.
Is the green dark or sage?
Both. The blooms and main foliage are a deep, slightly cool green, while the damask pattern in the background is a much softer sage on warm cream. So the print reads green overall, but it isn't flat — there's a lighter mid-tone that keeps it from feeling heavy.
