How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
What does 'amante delle olive' mean?
It's Italian for 'olive lover'. The caption is hand-written in a relaxed script along the bottom of the print, inside the striped border. It's the small detail that turns this from a simple olive illustration into a proper kitchen statement with a sense of humour.
Will the bright red heart and blue border clash with a green kitchen?
No — the red is small and the blue sits in narrow stripes, so they read as accents rather than competing colours. The big olive green sits beautifully against sage, mint or deep-green cabinets, and the red pulls in nicely with terracotta tiles or a tomato-red dish on the side.
Is this big enough to use as the main piece in a kitchen?
At a medium size, yes — it has enough graphic punch to hold a wall above a worktop, kettle area or small console. If you want it as a serious focal point above a dining sideboard, size up; if it's tucked into a breakfast nook beside other small bits, a smaller size will sit more comfortably.
