How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
How bright will this look on a soft white wall?
Very bright, in a good way. The sky blue and mustard yellow read clearly against off-white and chalky pale walls, while the deep green palms keep it grounded. If your room is already very busy or colourful, give the print a calmer wall so the palette has room to breathe.
Does it work in a room without a tropical or coastal theme?
Yes. Although the subject is tropical, the colour-pencil texture and graphic style read more as a travel illustration than full tropical decor. It sits comfortably in organic-modern, bohemian and mid-century rooms with rattan, linen and pale wood, without needing palms or coastal props around it.
Is the portrait shape better above a console or a sofa?
Above a console, sideboard or narrow piece of furniture is the natural fit — the vertical pull of the temple spires and palms suits a tall, single-anchor spot. Above a sofa it works too, but you may want a wider piece or a small pair to balance the horizontal furniture line.
