How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the sky blue clash with warm-toned walls?
The blue is balanced by warm peach and deep green within the print itself, so it sits well against off-white, stone, soft beige and pale plaster walls. On strong yellow or pink walls it will fight; keep the wall pale and let the print bring the colour.
Is this a flat graphic poster or a painted artwork?
It's a painted poster — visible brushwork, textured strokes and a hand-painted feel rather than flat blocks of colour. The title bar at top and bottom gives it a travel-poster structure, but the central image reads like a small painting.
Does it work in a narrow hallway?
Yes — the portrait shape and the path leading toward the chateau suit a narrow hallway well, drawing the eye down the corridor. Leave around 60cm of clear wall width and hang at eye level above a console or on its own.
