How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?
Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the print read as flat block colour, or is there visible texture?
There's a soft printed texture across both the green letters and the cream ground — closer to a hand-printed poster than a flat digital block. Up close you'll see subtle paper-flecks and small variations in the green. From a few steps back it reads as clean, confident colour.
Will the deep green letters dominate a small room?
The green is muted rather than punchy, and the cream ground is generous, so it holds a wall without shouting. In a small hallway or galley kitchen it sets a clear focal point but doesn't crowd the space. Give it about 30–40cm of clear wall on either side and it'll breathe.
Is this better on its own or in a gallery wall?
It's built to work solo — the tall vertical letterforms want room around them. If you do cluster it, keep it as the largest piece and pair with one or two quieter works in the same cream-and-green register, such as a soft botanical or a minimal line drawing. Avoid busy florals or competing typography next to it.
