    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wirkt der Salbeihintergrund in meinem Flur grau?
    In einem Flur mit wenig Tageslicht kann Salbei leicht ins Graue kippen, deshalb solltest du ihn mit einer warmen Lampe oder Wandleuchte in der Nähe kombinieren. An einer off-white oder steinfarbenen Wand wirkt er grün, und das tiefe Grün in der Kugel behält auch bei wenig Licht seine Farbe. Vermeide eine grau gestrichene Wand, weil dann Hintergrund und Wand ineinander übergehen.

    Welche Größe passt an die schmale Wand neben meiner Haustür?
    Miss zuerst den Wandstreifen aus. Eine mittelhohe Größe passt gut für eine Lücke von 40 bis 60 cm und lässt auf beiden Seiten ein paar Zentimeter Luft. Wenn die Wand vom Boden bis zur Decke reicht, nimm eine Größe größer, damit die Kugel auf Augenhöhe sitzt und das lange Format die Höhe nutzt, statt in der Mitte zu schweben.

    Ist es nur für Weihnachten oder kann es länger hängen bleiben?
    Die Kugel ist klar festlich, deshalb hängen die meisten sie von Ende November bis Dreikönig auf und tauschen sie danach wieder aus. Durch das gedämpfte Salbei und Creme wirkt sie nie grell, und in einem Winterschema mit Tannengrün und Eukalyptus kann sie problemlos bis Ende Januar hängen bleiben, ohne wie ein Nachzügler zu wirken.
