    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wirkt das Schwarz in einem kleinen Flur zu schwer?
    Weniger, als du denkst. Etwa drei Viertel des Werks sind hellgrau und cremefarben, und das Schwarz sitzt tief, sodass du auf Augenhöhe zuerst den hellen Teil wahrnimmst. In einem schmalen Korridor wirft der helle Grund das vorhandene Tageslicht zurück. Halte die Wandfarbe nah an Off-White oder sanftem Grau, dann wirkt das Schwarz als Gewicht am unteren Rand und nicht als dunkler Block an der Wand.

    Wie groß sollte ich es auf einem Treppenpodest wählen?
    Nimm eher groß. Auf einem Podest sieht man das Werk von unten und von der Treppendrehung aus, daher gehen bei einer kleinen Version die Tropfen verloren und die Tags wirken wie Punkte. Um die 100 cm Höhe ist der ideale Bereich für eine Standardwand am Podest, mit der Unterkante auf Hüfthöhe vom Podestboden. Wenn die Wand die volle Höhe des Treppenhauses hat, darf es noch größer sein.

    Beißt sich das Pink mit warmen Farben im Raum?
    Das Pink ist ein kühles Korallenrosa, eher in Richtung Highlighter als Terrakotta, und passt deshalb gut zu Grau, Schwarz und Weiß, während es mit Rost, Senf und Orange konkurriert. Wenn dein Raum ohnehin warm angelegt ist, halte die Wand dahinter hellgrau und lass das Pink die einzige warme Note in dieser Ecke sein. Ein Kissen in demselben Ton verbindet alles.
