How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the navy section feel too heavy in a small room?

The navy is balanced by large areas of cream and blush, so it grounds the composition without weighing the room down. In smaller rooms, hang at eye level with clear wall around it — the cream areas will breathe and the navy will read as an anchor rather than a dark patch.

Does the pink read more coral or more blush?

Both. The composition layers a warm coral-red against a much softer blush pink, so the print reads differently depending on the light. In warm afternoon light the coral comes forward; in cooler morning light the blush and cream dominate and the piece reads quieter.

Will it work above a bed with a wooden headboard?

Yes — pale oak or walnut headboards pair particularly well, as the cream areas pick up the wood tones and the navy provides contrast. Leave about 20cm between the top of the headboard and the bottom of the frame so the composition has room to settle.
