How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Does the French caption read clearly, or is it more of a soft graphic element?

It's a hand-drawn outline typeface, so it reads as a graphic detail more than a sharp headline. From across a bedroom or hallway it looks like a soft caption under the bouquet, not a slogan. Up close you can read Fleurs Bohèmes and botanique fig. 21 clearly.

Will the dusty purple and soft blue look washed out on a pale cream wall?

No, but it will be quiet. The point of this piece is gentle contrast, not punch. On chalky off-white or soft pink walls the colours hold their own; on bright white walls they read a touch softer, which usually works for bedrooms and nurseries.

Is this better as a single piece or part of a pair?

It works both ways. Solo above a chest of drawers or single bed, it carries the wall. As a pair, hang it with another soft cream-ground boho botanical of similar weight — avoid a darker or busier partner, which will make this one disappear.
