About This Art

Rooms go quieter when warm terracotta is this sure of itself. A dark palm leaf leans across a curtain of fine ink lines, with a clay-coloured arch grounding the whole composition on soft off-white.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the terracotta colour warm orange or closer to brown?

It reads as a warm clay-orange with a slight brown depth, not a bright pumpkin. Against off-white walls it feels grounded and earthy rather than loud. If your scheme already has terracotta accents — pots, cushions, a rug — it'll sit naturally with them.

Will the vertical ink lines look too busy in a small room?

No — the lines are fine and the background is soft off-white, so the overall impression is calm rather than crowded. The leaf and arch give the eye somewhere to rest. In a small room, choose the medium size and hang it solo rather than in a cluster.

Does this work in a portrait orientation only, or can I hang it landscape?

It's designed portrait — the vertical lines and the upright leaf only make sense that way up. Hanging it sideways would lose the rain-like rhythm of the lines and the leaf's natural lean. Keep it portrait, above a console, sideboard or low piece of furniture.
