How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the lettering printed or hand-drawn?

It's a hand-lettered illustration, printed as part of the artwork. The slight wobble in the letters and the wavy border are intentional — it's painted, not typeset, so it has that hand-drawn character throughout rather than a clean font finish.

Will the soft pink and red read too feminine in a kitchen?

Not really. The pink is dusty and warm rather than candy, and the dusty blue border balances it out. It reads more like a vintage cafe sign than anything sweet — easy to live with in most kitchens, including ones leaning more masculine or neutral.

Does it work as a single print or do I need a pair?

It holds its own as a single small print above a bar cart, shelf or sideboard. If you want a pair, look for another hand-painted drink illustration of similar scale — a martini or spritz print in the same style works well without competing.
